| Jimmy Coyne visited New Zealand in early March and met with various companies to discuss the importation of the Lock Block® padlock protector. The first bulk order is pending from New Zealand. |

Jimmy Coyne and Jonathan Clayman met with the president of a west coast locksmith distributor to discuss importing the Lock Block® padlock protector. The product is currently being evaluated in the United States. |
| September 2005 - Enquiry received from British Police Force. |

The Lock Block® has many possible uses and this enquiry highlighted another one that we had not considered for the product. We received an enquiry from a crime reduction officer in a rural area of the United Kingdom, who advises that the farmers are experiencing major problems with the theft of red diesel. We just need to sort out distribution in the UK, so they can direct people where to purchase the product. |

| After much preparation and research PadlockProtector.com was launched this month. The site has been designed so that visitors can find out information about the product, see it in action and purchase it. We are also seeking distributors worldwide via the site. |
